Delivery Policy

Please enter your postcode at checkout for an accurate shipping cost. Free delivery is available for all orders over £349.00 Exc. VAT. Racking Solutions offers an Express 1-2 Working Day delivery as standard. This doesn't include bank holidays or other advertised or notified closure or holiday days.

Our 1-2 Working Day Service has an order cut off, of 3pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received after this time will not be processed until the following working day, ordered placed on or after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on a Monday for a Tuesday Delivery (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Your delivery will be dispatched via DHL or via a pallet courier for larger orders.

Larger orders which may require a Pallet delivery can take up to 48 hours for delivery subject to postcode location, this will be advised by a member of our team when your order has been received.

*Please note all domestic deliveries are door step only deliveries and it would be at the drivers discretion to offer further assistance with your delivery.

Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs. Racking Solutions can organise a collection for you however collection fees may apply and would be deducted from your refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@rackingsolutions.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We aim to rectify any issue you may have same day.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.
