Strong, well made & easy to assemble

Very pleased with the quality of the racking, thick steel, good consistent paint finish & a simple design that made assembly very easy. I wasn't sure that chipboard shelves would be strong enough to hold the load but the additional crossmembers make it all very solid. It has transformed my workshop space, where before things were piled on top of one another & it was very difficult to find things I can now see every tool, box, etc. & know where everything is. I also wasn’t sure about the colour but it looks good when it’s up & in place, professional finish.
The only concern I had was the damage to the packaging when it was delivered, one box in particular was badly damaged, it had broken open in transit & several crossmembers were rattling around in the back of the lorry. The driver took photos & seemed to say it hadn’t been secured properly so I think that was down to the courier. There was a little bit of damage to the parts but they straightened up with a couple of taps, there were a couple of corners on the shelves damaged but I just positioned them at the back. Overall I’m very pleased, this racking wasn’t cheap (compared to competitors) but it is very well made & I think will last a lifetime.

Racking is absolutely rubbish won't be buying again! Stick with BIGDUG Racking from now on. Thought i would give this company a go because it was cheaper then BIGDUG now know why!
